Say Goodbye to Back Strain While Cleaning with Our Revolutionary Squee-Jay!
Squee-Jay
Envision a world where keeping your shower clean doesn’t mean a trip to the chiropractor. Where every surface can be spotless with a simple pull, and you can start your day without back strain. That world is within reach with the Squee-Jay.
Meet Squee-Jay Inventor, Jeff Bussell
The inspiration for the Squee-Jay came from my own necessity, as that is how inventions are usually created. My wife and I built a new house in 2018, with a more modern bathroom including full-length glass shower doors. In order to keep the glass clean, it is important to squeegee off the hard water before it dries. Otherwise, you need to use glass cleaner, etc. to clean the glass. Unfortunately, in order to reach the lower portion of the glass, I would have to either bend, crouch, or kneel to be able to reach down that low with a conventional squeegee. It’s one thing to bend down to touch your toes for a few seconds, but it’s another to have to complete a 30 second or longer task in that same compromised position. I am not as young or flexible as I used to be and I have often thrown my back out with trivial movements. I really couldn’t risk it on a daily basis. So, I invented a squeegee which would allow the normal pulling of the squeegee downward from an upright position to a point that is comfortable for the product user. Then they can extend the handle and flip the blade 180 degrees to allow the glass to be cleaned further by pushing downward rather than pulling, but still from the same upright position. This reduces or eliminates the risk of back strain cleaning the lower portions of the glass.
